Look no further

I bought The Fives as soon as they were released back in 2020.
These speakers will awe you every day.
I connected them directly to my TV and these are the default output for my smart speakers.
The bass is really deep, the mids are perfect, and you never miss the trebles.
Simple to set up, simple to use.
I recently connected a phono to the speakers and the set-up could not be simpler than this.
If you are fed up with soundbars and do not want the messy 5.1.x or 7.x.x. then look no further, do yourself a favour and buy these.
These speakers will awe you every day.

I've owned these for around 6 months. All I can say is Wow! Love them. I have them paired with 2 10" subs and let me tell you, Movies in my 11'×12' bedroom are Amazing.

The advice to connect with a subwoofer is sound - makes a big difference! The set up instructions aren’t real clear - had I not read reviews on neutral sites, it may have even been confusing. HOWEVER - They SOUND FANTASTIC

Versatile, powerful, would recommend

Have used connected to TV with HDMI, turntable with phono stage, computer with USB, bluetooth for music streaming. Work very well in each setting. After a few months I added the R-12SW sub and they went from great stereo speakers to a great 2-channel home theater soundbar alternative. Would recommend the subwoofer after having upgraded.
Two minor critiques:
1. the volume knob on the speakers is fine for minute adjustments but takes forever to increase/decrease the volume by any considerable amount. Would be nice to see an update where faster or longer sustained rotations of the dial results in a more dramatic rate of volume adjustment.
2. The mobile app can be finicky. Bluetooth connection specifically for the app (not BT playback) takes a long time to establish or sometimes doesn't connect at all. Inputs to the app to change EQ, source, volume, etc. can be significantly delayed at times or have no affect

First off, these are 5 star speakers. The sound, build quality and finish on them are top notch. However.. the caveats. I have completely come to my wits end when it comes to firmware updates, required apps and exorbitant tech. I understand that these are to be a 'solve all' for your audio needs, but the fact you need a usb drive and then 2 apps to update these is insane. Not only that, but apparently the update didn't take the first time so I had to do a factory reset (that also didn't take the first time) then attempted it again. After the update my phono input (my primary input) lost a lot of volume, probably close to 50%. I have been able to adjust for it but all other inputs remained at normal volume. I love these speakers but that they're this much of a hassle to 'setup' is madness.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect for PC monitors and smaller rooms!

I helped my son move across the country for his new job. When we were done, I realized that there was something missing... Music. I have Kilipsch Cornwalls in my home and have come to love the Klipsch sound, quality and midcentury modern finish. But similar speakers were not an option given the small size of his apartment. After auditioning the Fives, I bought him a pair as a moving-in gift. Let's just say that he's a happy camper, and a budding audiophile who now listens to music (and composes his own music) through the Fives, no longer on headphones. These speakers sound fantastic, with serious tight bass and crystal clear midrange and highs. The plethora of inputs and built-in amplification fits his lifestyle perfectly.

Holy crap these sounds magnificent! Bass is so deep I switched from the onboard pre amp to a stand alone so I could turn the bass allllll the way down.
