Once again, Samsung takes the cake!

So needless to say, we felt we needed to get 1 tv that does whatever we like it to do, and with such a picture and sound quality that would put anyone's other brands tv in the dirt. It wasn't hard for us to decide because we are a family of samsung devices. Why you may ask? Samsung has proven time after time that their hardware is superior to that of an IPhone and other Apple products. The connectivity is seemless, and intuit; the technology is always cutting edge, annnnnd it actually works. Plus, we love the emerging 4k gaming experience our tv has. We've come along way from tvs that were heavier than furniture. Heck!! It was furniture at one time. Thank you Samsung for years of consistent hard to beat products that have change the way we view our world today.
Keep up the solid development and I can't wait to see what comes out of you guys in the upcoming years! #Caversgodeep

Love the TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previously had the Q70T and I loved it but sadly my roommate niece accidentally broke the screen so we went out to buy a new one and I love this Q80A TV, the color is very nice but the only thing that gets me is that when you turn to your side the screen turns a little bit glare. Can be laggy but other than that it is a very nice TV. Been a Samsung TV fan for years and would totally get another!

Thank you for your review of the Q80A TV and for sharing your experience regarding response time and screen reflections. The light conditions of each room environment are different. For optimal glare control, we recommend positioning the TV to minimize incident light falling on the screen or consulting a professional installer.

Anti-reflection designed to minimize ambient light reflection is a feature in our QN85A series and higher.

To optimize the smart TV performance and address any lag concerns, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is amazing, my first experience owning a 4k tv and spent the extra $$ in order to get a great one. This tv does not disappoint, my favorite feature is game mode, which pulls up a menu for me to be able to adjust the refresh rate and aspect ratio. 10/10
