Q led TV 55"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Q LED TV is replacing and old cuv ed samsung TV. Everybody question me why I need a new TV. However I went and purchased it anyway. Let me tell you the picture quality is great. No more grey where it suppose to be black. The picture is so crisp and clear. Just this alone was well worth the money spend. The TV sound is also much better . I really would not need a soundbar since my livingroom is small and the TV SPEAKERS are really good. However being me I had to have the soundboard. Needless to say I purchased a Samsung soundboard. Thats where the problem started. Trouble connecting this thing. I will have to get my kids to help since I have tried for hrs now to connect the soundboard properly. I had it right once but messed it up. So no fault to the product. With written instructions step by step I would be able to handle it better. I just purchased the soundboard yesterday and since the TV works well without, I have to come back to it later since it is very frustration to me not to be able to figure out where I went wrong. Overall I love SAMSUNGS products. All of my electronics from frigerator to stove microwave phone are all Samsung. One more item to be replaced will be my dishwasher. Would be nice to come down on you prices a little

I am happy to hear that you are enjoying the realistic picture quality delivered to your screen with our Quantum Dot technology which powers over a billion brilliant shades of vivid and lifelike colors that stay true regardless of the scene’s brightness.
Some soundbars or surround sound systems use Audio Return Channel technology or ARC for short. But don't worry, connecting these devices is still easy. All you need is one HDMI cable.
Connect an HDMI cable into your audio device's ARC port. This is usually the HDMI OUT port, but check your device's user manual just in case.
Connect the other end into the HDMI IN (ARC) on the TV. Using the remote, navigate to Settings. Then, select Sound and select Sound Output. From there, set the audio output for your TV.
If your soundbar only features an Optical port, connect the digital audio (optical) cable to the OPTICAL IN port on your soundbar, speaker, or surround sound system, and the other end into the DIGITAL AUDIO OUT port on the TV.

Worth the upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally took the plunge to upgrade to a 4K TV after getting an Xbox Series X. I previously had a 1080p HD Samsung TV and was pleasantly surprised to learn Samsung is the official partner for Xbox Series S/X Systems. It would be nice if this was better advertised.
The TV is great! I love the ARC and game specific compatibility. While I have the XSX on the game input (HDMI 4), I also have a Switch on HDMI 1 and the TV recognizes it as a game system.
The sound features to recognize room ambience and adjust isn't available yet, hopefully that will come in a future update. Same with the OTS feature, it doesn't appear to work right now. I also wish there was a way to save TV settings per input including separate settings for the smart TV apps when no input is running. I got the Q80A because it has full screen backlighting instead of a single layer at the bottom, but the backlighting still appears uneven and washed out around the edges, especially the bottom edge.

Motion Xcelerator Turbo+ enhances motion clarity for the fast-moving action of live sports or Next-Gen gaming. To optimize your picture quality, please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1560.5 which includes picture quality updates. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
Paring this TV with one of our Q-Series Soundbars will give you the added feature of Q-Symphony where sound from your soundbar and your TV's speakers are synchronized to play at the same time providing a deep surround experience.
Intelligent Mode also enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Home > Settings > General > Intelligent Mode Settings. If the Intelligent Mode settings are greyed out in your TV's menu, please keep in mind the following:
- These functions may not be supported by some modes or apps (e.g., Ambient Mode, Art Mode, and Game Mode).
- Active Voice Amplifier (AVA), Adaptive Sound+, and Adaptive Volume are available only when the sound output is set to TV Speaker, or the Samsung Soundbar interlinked with Adaptive Picture function is connected.
- Adaptive Volume function may not be supported by some apps or external devices.
- Adaptive Volume operation affects Auto Volume function, but it does not work the other way around.

Third Samsung upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Samsung upgrade, and their televisions get better every time. In my space, this TV provides a true theatre experience, with crisp vivid color and nice depth of sound.
The Tizen is the best onboard experience that I've found... Intuitive and user friendly, with all of my favorite services available.
The remote is an absolute pleasure to use, which seems like an odd feature to call out, but it really adds to the experience.

Biggest tv for your buck!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I currently use mine mainly for movie night and although it doesn't have the deep blacks like an LG OLED, this model comes with a comparable picture and great for 4k movies. I also run my Xbox Series X at 120 FPS with no problems. I can even track the FPS the tv is receiving which is a great feature. Works well with Google Assistant and Nintendo Switch. Have had zero issues with the software. Sound is great, you just have to set it up near a wall to take advantage of the full audio. Definitely worth every penny.

Outstanding tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV has great features and awesome brightness, Tizen is fast and responsible . For 4K streaming the image quality is stunning but you need to find the right picture setting for it( I prefer standard), the input lag is very low and the refresh rate and contrast ratio is high wich makes this TV perfect for gaming . Overall the design , features and quality of the TV are fantastic.
