The picture quality is magnificent, making it feel like you're almost there IN the movie or at the game. I'm a little late to the smart TV scene, but coming from my dumb TV to this, what a difference. So easy to use.

THIS TV IS SO FAST!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me tell you, I had an older (i think 2013) QLED model Samsung tv and had to buy a fire stick because it didn’t have the ability to stream live tv with Hulu. This new tv is AMAZING, it is night and day the difference. The quality of this TV is incredible. It looks amazing on the wall , so sleek and bold. Everybody who comes over always comments on the TV and I think it’s hilarious because we have other art on the wall but nope, they comment on the TV. I use it to watch all the streaming apps. The feature I think I love the most is being able to switch between streaming apps so easily by clicking the “home” button on the remote it pops up with all my streaming services to select. I also use this tv to play my Nintendo switch. The picture quality is so clear!!!! I personally did a ton of research when looking for a new tv and I knew I wanted Samsung, I highly recommend this one if you are looking for an upgrade.

I love my new Samsung smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first smart TV I have ever purchased. It is also much larger than the 50” flat screen I already have. The 65” Samsung smart TV has helped to make watching TV an “experience”. The picture is crisp and clear, making you feel as if you are part of the action. We love this TV so much, we purchased a second Samsung with a smaller screen size for the bedroom.
My wife & I also love being able to access and watch purchased programming using the Apple TV app. We also spend quite a bit of time watching YouTube videos as well as regular programming on YouTube TV. We no longer need to use satellite or cable to watch our favorite shows or sports.

Picture is great-sound, not so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There seems to be no sound leveling with the TV and Samsung sound bar. I’ve tried every configuration and every menu I could find, but my wife and I are still surprised that we can hardly hear conversations on a program and then the next scene there’s a loud explosion that surprises us. Some TV stations have different aspect ratios, and we are unable to change the display.

Thank you for choosing the 2021 Q60A QLED TV and for your review. We appreciate your feedback regarding the sound quality. We recommend enabling Auto Volume which automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input.

Please keep in mind some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again.

The Q80A also features Active Voice Amplifier (AVA) which further detects disturbances and enhances the on-screen voices for clear dialogue.

Go to Home > Settings > General > Intelligent Mode Settings. Turn the options on or off to meet your needs:
- Active Voice Amplifier is available only when the sound sensor of the TV is active and the sound output is set to TV Speaker, or a Samsung Soundbar interlinked with Adaptive Picture is connected.
- Adaptive Sound+ provides optimized sound quality by analyzing the viewing space and the acoustic components of the content
- Adaptive Volume Automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV.

Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

You can also customize sound with Expert Settings.
Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings

Amazing picture and performance!
