amazing detail. samsung never fails with the quality that comes with the q80. i have a q80 in my living room and a q70 in my bedroom. very pleased with samsung qled line of tv's

Only time will tell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install with a Fantastic picture. However, the sound processor isn’t working properly. Every 6 to 8 minutes the sound cuts out for a few seconds. Best Buy’s will deliver a replacement in a few weeks. Can only hope that fixes our problem.

If your sound is cutting out when connected via HDMI to an external audio device, the HDMI cable is most likely the cause. We recommend you replace the HDMI cable with a High-Speed cable with Ethernet Channel, labeled as HEC or HEAC on the cable.

Should you experience this issue with your replacement unit, we ask that you contact us for additional troubleshooting or assistance with setting up a service appointment.

i opened the box today, got it mounted and hooked up and turned on and updated. so far picture is very good and for me it will be a learning curve which i expected. my problem which i will try to post a pic is that on the front left of the screen there is a small bar code label that looks to be difficult to remove and has some residue that i do not know how to get off without damaging the screen. i tried a chat but will apparently need to call someone during business hours. i really can't believe a sticker like this was placed on the front.

Great picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The set up was easy. Tied it to Alexa love the feature to change channels with Alexa. Love the sound quality. Only issue is that there is a very light film on the tv that needs to be removed. Figured it out because a sticker was on the front of the TV. You first have to remove the films from the side, then at the bottom right corner with your thumb you can feel it and then pull off. Samsung support didn’t know what was even talking about. But it all worked out in the end. Great TV!!

The baseball game is great with vibrant color and the speed of the processor is fast! Crazy good watching movies and really enjoying his television!. Samsung has really out done . Set up was easy right out of the box! Pretty simple and it connects to your phone which is great as our older TV did none of these things! The remote is easy to use and control the TV! it is slim and sleek! Great remote its light weight!

State of the art 65" Q80AA QLED 4K UHD TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 65" Q80A QLED 4K Smart TV is state of the art! The picture is crystal clear and perfect no matter what seat you are in! No blind spots or glare. The sound (Quantum dot) is incredible and travels with the picture. It comes with Samsung TV which is a subscription free TV service with over a 150 channels and growing! The remote control is solar powered and charged by the lights in the home! No more looking for batteries. I love the on screen TV guide as well the built in voice control. You can change the channel, search for content, control smart home devices using just your voice. The screen can also be customized to display graphics or artwork when not in use. There is so much this television is capable of including mirroring your Samsung phone screen with the tap of a button! I've only had this television for a little over a week and I'm looking forward to making new discoveries as I learn what else this television is capable of doing! Samsung has thought of everything and put a lot of innovation and experience into the consumers viewing experience. I am very pleased with this model! I never knew how much I was missing out on before this television arrived. I can not wait to rediscover gaming with this advanced technology! This addition to my home has prompted an entire upgrade to my home including painting! Pictures will be coming soon!

Great TV & Great Value

the television is fantastic. it has a very clear and crisp picture, with so much color. it is almost like watching movies being filmed live. sound is good, but maybe i expected it to be a little more. however, i invested in a samsung sound bar and now my set is complete. it's like having a mini theater in my living room. i am very pleased!
I would recommend this to a friend!
