It has amazing colors and 4k is just makes me feel like im in 3D when watching movies or videos. I highly recommend it for people who want to buy a nice 4K TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use for playing games most of the time. It takes awhile to connect to the internet, even though its connected to my router. I called my internet provider and they said it was the TV. It constantly kicks me out of movie apps all the time saying no internet. The loading really sucks. So I have it connected to my mirror screen on my tablet, it works fine like that. The picture is great. The sound isn't very good either. I have to turn off my fan to hear when someone talks light. But the picture looks good.

Thank you for choosing Samsung's Q80A TV and for sharing the details of your issue with Wi-Fi connectivity. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection:
1) Make sure that no items that can generate electromagnetic interferences are placed between the TV and the wireless/wired access point.
2) Check if the access point is turned on. If it is on, turn it off, wait 1 or 2 minutes, and then turn it on. Enter the correct password if required.
3) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point.
4) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test
5) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.
6) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
The Q80A features SpaceFit Sound to optimize sound tailored to your environment and Active Voice Amplifier (AVA) which further detects disturbances and enhances the on-screen voices for clear dialogue.
Go to Home > Settings > General > Intelligent Mode Settings. Turn the options on or off to meet your needs: - Active Voice Amplifier is available only when the sound sensor of the TV is active and the sound output is set to TV Speaker, or a Samsung Soundbar interlinked with Adaptive Picture is connected. - Adaptive Sound+ provides optimized sound quality by analyzing the viewing space and the acoustic components of the content - Adaptive Volume Automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV.
Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
You can also customize sound with Expert Settings. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings

Great Display and refresh rate
