Great picture for the price

Great TV

Picture was not so good when hooked up to Mediacomm cable box. Picture is great when hooked up to antenna.
The remote seemed a better choice than a few other brands when we were looking. So far so good!

Great specs, moderate size, excellent picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have our TV hooked up in a "man cave." It is impressive with virtually any source connected to it, from VHS to, Blu-ray/DVD with 4k. Audio is channelled out from the optical connection to a decoder to amps speakers and subs. The display is extremely impressive in 4k HDR, holding deep blacks and bright whites in its contrast range. Even low quality, dark VHS come across without distracting pixelation (not that most have a need for it). The frame rate is also impressive, keeping up with everything we have thrown at it. Casting to the TV requires a strong connection, but it does stream nicely. I would recommend the screen to anyone who wants a moderately size form factor for viewing 4k without sacrificing quality or functionality.

Perfect tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We couldn't afford a good tv, I'm a single dad with 4 kids of my own and 3 step kids, so money's been tight for years, I've been saving up for 4 yrs and got this tv and it's been a game changer, on my spare time I watch movies and play Xbox, the colors the sound everything about it blew me away, best thing in my life after the kids

An Excellent TV - 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best TV's I've purchased. It's very lightweight and extremely thin which makes the setup quick and wall mounting feel very secure, even if you skip out on purchasing a top of the line wall-mount and settle for a more budget friendly version. The interface is very intuitive and made setting up my video game consoles, surround sound system, and cable box very easy; and switching between them is easier then ever before since the TV can power on those accessories by itself so you don't need to turn them on separately. Unlike my previous TV, the apps load quickly and stream without crashing or interference even after using it for extended periods of time, and there is no little to no lag when navigating menus or using the built-in TV guide to select what to watch. I love the voice-to-search function integrated in the easy to use, ergonomic universal remote contoll, and the TV's functionality with the the Samsung Smart Things app as well as digital assistants like Alexa, Google Home, or Bixby is extremely useful. With the newly included ambiance mode, this TV has become the centerpiece of our living room and my family has enjoyed many nights around it together watching our favorite programming. All in all, an 10/10 TV that I would (and have) absolutely recommend to friends and family, and wouldn't hesitate to buy again for myself.
