Biggest TV I've ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is absolutely crap! Every time you change the channel or mute, unmute, turn on or off, there's this stupid voice that always talks about what you just did! I don't need that crap!

Thank you for sharing your experience with Samsung's Q60A TV. If your TV is announcing everything you do, then Voice Guide is turned on. Voice Guide is an accessibility function to assist users who are visually impaired. It is possible that you have turned it on by accident by holding down the volume button on your TV remote.
To turn off Voice Guide, navigate to Home > Settings > General > Accessibility > Voice Guide Settings > Voice Guide.
Should you ever have questions or need help, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.
For additional support resources, visit us on the Samsung website and click on the ‘Support’ link in the upper right corner of the homepage for:

Very Strong TV. Great Value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality smart menu that is very easy to use and customize. TV boots up incredibly quick and does not falter moving through opening and closing applications with speed. Gaming and Streaming experience is almost completely pain free. No lag with 60 fps maxing out the range of most 4k screens with a useable Gaming mode. Internet Explorer is quick responding and easy to use. Picture Quality is where this system really shines. Motion is captured seamlessly which allows for a less blurred and busy viewing experience. The separation of warm and cool LEDs for lighting really helps the sharpness of the pictures color in all room lighting conditions. Samsung TV is also worth a lot more as a free add on than I thought and is definitely a plus. Overall the TV is great and definitely worth the money.

Simple set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is very simple to set up but it did take some time. I have had it for two months now and love it. This is the fifth Samsung I have owned and will only buy Samsung’s as I do have other products the QLED has me hooked.
I am a big movie person and I sit in a theater every time I get in front of this monster.
