Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV was a bit expensive but the picture quality is great, alot of great apps, and remote is very nice. However the software is a but slow at times and has bugs like the remote randomly not giving inputs to the TV. And it really sucks there isn't any TV controls on the actual TV incase something happens. The search assistant is very slow so at times it feels useless, but I like the TV overall. Wouldn't have bought it at this price, but I don't regret it.

Thank you for your review of the Q80A TV and sharing your experience with slow response time.
To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If you press any key on the remote, and the LED indicator at the top of your remote stays on for about 3 seconds rather than blinking, please try the following steps to reset your remote: 1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds if your remote was once paired already with the TV, you do not need to re-pair it again. However, if it was not paired with the TV, pairing must be done after the reset. 2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow. 3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring.
In addition to the remote, please know you can also utilize the TV Controller button at the bottom of the TV. The Control menu appears when the TV Controller button is pressed while the TV is on. This button will further allow you to turn the TV on/off, change the volume and source input.

A good overall TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been a good TV so far for Playing my Xbox on and watching 4K content through Google TV. I sometime use it as a third monitor for my PC when I need to watch multiple live widows (stock markets, server monitoring, and so on) great quality. I have no complaints about the TV.

The software it has is so responsive, the control and settings are easy to control.. if you have the funds I totally recommend get this q80A it’s so beautiful!!

Good picture and sound quality, so-so UI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the picture and sound quality of the TV, it's very high end. I also love the remote. Easy to use when not looking at it and very useful. I dow ish you could program app specific buttons for other apps (I don't care about Samsung TV apps!)
The UI isn't great, I only use the app selector. The Samsung specific guide and menus are a waste of time if you're interested in streaming Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, etc.
