GREAT TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV to watch live tv,stream and play Xbox x Series. The problem I've noticed is that when scrolling the guide in Dish the sound acts weird like it's cutting in and out.

Thank you for your review of the Q80A TV and for sharing your details of your sound cutting out.
If the audio drop issue is happening when connected via HDMI, the HDMI cable is most likely the cause. We recommend you replace the HDMI cable with a High-Speed cable with Ethernet Channel, labeled as HEC or HEAC on the cable.
Please also ensure that you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If this does not help, we ask that you contact us for additional troubleshooting or assistance with setting up a service appointment. You can reach us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.

Great UI and picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have had my new Samsung 85inch Q80A for about 2 months now and was a up grade from a Samsung 75inch UHD. Let me tell you, I'm glad I upgraded. I use this tv for everything, from watching all my streaming services, watching Blue ray movies, sports to gaming on my PS4 Pro. I can see my color more deep and vibrant with the perfect amount of brightness. When I watch sports, I don't see a lag in the fast moving content. When I game my HDR kicks in and the color looks great. Also response times are great too. Now I'm a big sound person and compared to my past Samsung TV's I have owned, Samsung really improved drastically with this Tv. I can here more of the voices clearly as well as the sound effects better with out having to turn my sound almost all the way up with past Samsungs. If you want even better sound get the new Q950A 11.1.4 soundbar as I did and you will fall in love even more, it really is theater like sound. I also love the newer interface, it seems more streamline compared to the 2019 model big bulky icons and speaking into the remote is also a very convenient feature. This is a must buy if you watch tv the way I do. You won't regret it
