Perfect Size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was limited to the size of TV mainly due to placement in my home. This limited me to a 60" TV which is not a standard size (they jump from 55" to 65") This was one of the few newer technology TVs that was the right size. I bout it out of necessity but ended up loving it. This is better than the previous Samsung that I had in that it has a small frame, great picture, and they simplified the remote significantly (my previous remote was two sided and required a gazillion batteries) I think the current remote recharges with light....

Great tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our tv everyday. We start with daily news and weather. Then watch movies and tv shows at nite. Really looking forward to watching football. The new tv has a fantastic picture. Quality is great. We would highly recommend this product to everyone.

TO MANY ISSUES

bought the samsung q80a july 5th delivered july 22,2021.
1. there is a black spot on the upper right screen. tried to wipe it off with a microfiber towel but embedded in the screen
2. the voice is not synching with the person talking.
3. took forever to get a the picture correct. make sure your cable box is set to 1080p and you have the correct hdmi cables. go online and get excellent cables . not necessary to spend alot of $$'s on cables

Thank you for your review of Samsung's Q80A QLED 4K Smart TV. Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1560.5 which includes updates to address lip sync or audio delays that you are experiencing. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV: 1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model. 2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.) 3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV. 4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes. 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.
If you are still experiencing audio delays with devices connected via HDMI, the HDMI cable is most likely the cause. We recommend you replace the HDMI cable with a High-Speed cable with Ethernet Channel, labeled as HEC or HEAC on the cable.
To address the abnormalities you are seeing on your screen, please run a Picture Test to determine if the problem is caused by the TV. Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test
If this occurs on all sources and the picture test, this will require service. For assistance in setting up a service appointment, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM -12AM EST M-F (9AM – 6PM EST Sat). Or text HELP to 62913.

For a Meeting Room-Huge Asset

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this TV for our meeting room in the library to allow us to provide programming, conduct Zoom meetings, and project our community meetings. It is an enormous asset to our meeting room capabilities allowing us to expand our communications to our entire service area and beyond. This TV has brought our meeting room to a new level of technological capability. It has a clear picture which is easily visible for everyone in the room to see and is easily operated by those conducting meetings. We are looking forward to the first large use this week.

Backlight and eco

i have a 75 “ qn75q80aafxza. can you tell me if you can adjust the backlight on this tv and how to do it and also tell me how to get to eco mode so i can make some adjustments. ive tried to find the eco setting but can’t seem to find it. thanks

MLB.TV app NOT COMPATIBLE

Unblockable Ads

i loved this tv, until ads started appearing right in the middle of the menu bar between items i scroll through frequently. there is nothing more irritating than dropping money on something only for it to try and sell you more. it's greedy, it's gross, and it's going to make me switch brands next time i need a tv.
