We love the ease of the screen mirroring feature!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used to watch only cable TV but now watch a lot of internet programs! Connecting to the internet was very easy. We also love the screen mirroring feature, which is easy to use. We use it to watch tutorials for many different products as well as to view our cell phone pictures.

Q80A My first modern TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV as an upgrade for an older 40inch Samsung. So far the feature set is great, the apps the speed that it turns on or off.
Biggest issues so far: Can't seem to get the colors adjusted in a way that doesn't make me go blind, and every once in a while it freezes up and crashes.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your new 2021 Q80A 4K QLED TV. If the picture you are seeing out-of-the-box are not to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

You can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

You can also go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine tune your image.

Intelligent Mode also enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Home > Settings > General > Intelligent Mode Settings. Adaptive Picture, which is among the options, optimizes brightness and provides the best picture quality in real time, based on the lighting condition and the content you're viewing.

You may also want to optimize the smart TV performance and address your issue with response time with the self-diagnostic tool. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

Perfect TV Upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t bought a TV since 2010, and it was a 42” Vizio LED LCD 240hz! I was so sad and scared to buy a new one, but I am thrilled to have picked this particular Samsung. The picture is absolute perfection and my husband and I have never played games on a better screen. We also love the new SmartTV format, especially since we use Fubo for our TV service. Excellent product! I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new series 8 Samsung for about two weeks. The set up went quick and easy. the picture is clear, bright and sharp.
The feature I like best is the fact that everything you need to stream is built in to the tv itself. You don't need a streaming device attached to it . The tv allows you to go from cable to streaming and back to cable in a few seconds. we have had and now have other Samsung tv's and had similar good results. We would not hesitate to buy another Samsung product.

This television has a beautiful picture I have been very pleased with the television I stream as well as have local television through antenna . As long as this television last longer than my previous one I will be very happy!

Just perfect
