[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv keeps me entertained and it was a life changing for me definitely I mean coming from a samsung 2017 6 series TV it is and I wish I could get the neo qled qn90a causeif I enjoy this tv the neo versionshoulddefinitelyb better, gaming is excellent tv and movies are great also I really like that u see more of the pictures and less frame I'm really impressed with this tv, I honestly don't have any serious complaints other than make the back part for hiding cables with bigger holes cause if u know how many cables could b connected than u should know that Lil space won't b enough so the plastic part keeps falling of cause it won't close, my remote didn't work at all a few times but that problem seems to stop and now is fine, ................................................................................................................................................................................................ ......................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................thank you for the new improvements!

Love my new tv!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the new 65" Samsung Q80a to replace my 7 year old Samsung and I love it. It has an amazing picture and lots of great features. Hooked up my Xbox Series X and love the new gaming bar. Looks so clear running 4k at 120.

Love the TV !!!

Thank you for your review of Samsung’s Q60A TV and for sharing your experience with your remote not working. If you press any key on the remote, and the LED indicator at the top of your remote stays on for about 3 seconds rather than blinking, please try the following steps to reset your remote: 1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds if your remote was once paired already with the TV, you do not need to re-pair it again. However, if it was not paired with the TV, pairing must be done after the reset. 2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow. 3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring.
If the issue persists, please contact Samsung TV Support so that we can better troubleshoot this issue and provide steps towards a solution. You can reach us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM -12AM EST M-F (9AM – 6PM EST Sat). Or text HELP to 62913.
