My son LOVES IT! After a horrible experience w a company to get this same speaker, we finally resolved the issue and we went directly through JBL. Live and learn! Very happy now. Thanks

Love that I could customize

I love a JBL speaker and when I discovered I could customize a speaker, I loved them even more. Recently did a customized one for our family business Timeless Trends by the Tverbergs. It sits in my office and I rock out every day while working

AWESOME JBL SOUND! BUT......

I'm still happy with my Clip 3and decided to upgrade. The sound is what I was looking for. The only problem I have is the bluetooth. My Clip 3 didn't mind sharing bluetooth connection with my watch. My Flip 5 gets jealous and she disconnects and doesn't seem to like to share with my watch. I tried persuading her with a factory reset and reconnecting with the bluetooth. I can't convince her.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We appreciate it for taking the time to provide us this review. Please try removing the speaker from the Bluetooth setting of the source ex. (phone, tablet) and pair it again if this can help fix the problem. Make sure that the source device isn't too far from the speaker and avoid places where there could be interference like Wifi routers.
