Had one and left it in the cart. So I bought 2 new ones for the price of one and they were not even close to the JBL. It sounds so much better and charge lasts longer than other brands.

The Bluetooth goes in and out, as in someone is turning it on and off

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We recommend restarting the Bluetooth connection by removing the name 'JBL Flip 5' from your device's Bluetooth list and reconnecting it again. Try connecting the unit to another device or reset it by pressing and holding the volume + and play buttons until the speaker shuts off. I won't hold a charge. Goes dead in 5 minutes. I paid to much for this to be bad already.
