Custom speaker sounds good but cracks and pops at a loud volume sometimes and sounded like it was going to blow out once. The speakers print is rubbing off after only a couple months. I’m worried that my speaker will blow out soon

I bought this as a gift for someone else, for that reason I can’t review this item I gave it 5 stars because I’ve had other JBL gear and they have always performed very well and without any issues

I bought a personalized speaker for my mom’s birthday and when she used it for the first time, the speaker was blown.

Amazing features

I bought a red one and it sounds amazing especially in LFM the low bass really kicks but after awhile my speaker started to turn off after I turned the volume up but great speaker overall

Personalized was horrible

I bought a flip 5 for my girlfriend and had made it personalized with a pic of us and a phrase on it and all the letters to the phrase was ran together it was awful

JBL NOT CHARGING

I bought this less than a month ago and it has many defects. I’ve tried watching videos on how to fix it but it isn’t working. I’m plugging it in the charger however it doesn’t charge. I was wondering what can I do to get my moneys worth?

We're here to help with your JBL Flip 5. Please try using a different cable or try charging it into a different power outlet. Examine the charging port for debris or bent pins. Try charging the speaker overnight. Move the charger around the charging port to see if that helps. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support for assistance.
