Don’t buy the personalized one

Just received my speaker and as always sound quality is good. But don’t buy the personalized one. They just put a paint on it that is not worth the money. Literally opened the package and the paint stuck to the styrofoam case thing.

Love my speaker

I recieved my speaker as a gift. JBL Flip 5 is my favorite motivator to get stuff done. There is nothing better to connect your music and listen threw this speaker. The Flip 5 has a clear crisp sound. You can control the volume by either your phone or the speaker. The Flip 5 is very easy to connect and use. I love the volume on it because I can blast some jams to get me motivated to do house work.

AWESOME SPEAKER

This is the best speaker I’ve ever had. It’s small and easy to carry but the quality is so good and it’s goes very loud, perfect for blasting Doja Cat. Would definitely recommend!

Ticking time bomb

Lasted for about a year of normal use and has just started blasting static. Sound quality was good while it lasted but competitors lasted much longer with similar use.

Worst computer speaker ever

Harmon sent a replacement speaker. It's even worse than the previous one. Not only does it disconnect and not reconnect, but it has a persistent popping sound when listening on audio tracks of movies. James B. Lansing would never have allowed his name to be used with this piece of junk.

While our JBL Flip 5 could connect with your TV, you may experience audio-video delays when watching movies since it doesn't have aptXHD low latency codecs. However, it is unusual for you'll experience intermittent issues with the speaker, particularly with the connection. Please ensure that the speaker is away from any other sources of wireless signals to avoid interference and overlapping of your Bluetooth connection. Try to forget or unpair the JBL Flip 5 from your device and perform a factory reset on your speaker by pressing and holding the Volume + and Play buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until it turns off. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
