Thanks for reaching out. Here are some things to try that often fix these issues. Try a different USB cable. Try a different USB charger, rated at least 2 amps. Try disconnecting the cable from your product and re-inserting it. Sand or dirt can get into the product’s charging port. Check the port. Clean if needed with compressed air or a toothpick. Flip 5 by itself is an awesome portable speaker. The ability to customize is sweet and this was a gift to someone who enjoyed it a lot.

No range at all

I bought this speaker two months ago and it barely functions. Your phone has to be right next to the speaker for the Bluetooth connection to work. The JBL Flip 4 had a much better range. If I move my phone even 2 feet away, the speaker starts to cut out. What a waste of money.

Loved it the graphics were just like around saw on screen the sound and the quality of the speaker is just perfect keep it up guys I will be ordering again my wife loved it so much she ordered one with my RzR logo on it as well

Best speaker I’ve ever had

I’ve had mine for about 6 months and I’ve put it through the ringer and it’s held up fantastic I’ve ran it over with a tractor twice and wile I was welding it caught on fire and still works just as good as the day I bought it.
