The best Father's day gift!

I personalized the speaker for my dad as a gift for father's day. When it arrived I was so excited and anxious that I couldn't hold on until June 20th to give it to him. The sound and the features are incredible. Worth the price.

Sucky Connectivity

I want my money back! Whatever better sound quality, which is questionable. These slow to connect short range speakers have to be rebooted to reconnect if you should step out of range. They don’t automatically pair with other JBL products. You have to download an app!?!? Once downloaded, it takes forever to find both speakers and gives me different directions to get them connected. Sometimes I have to push a button on the speaker other times not. ALL AROUND PAIN IN THE NECK to get sound outta these paperweights. Not worth the added cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got this top lace my Bose, worked for one day and now it keeps turning itself off

Thanks for the feedback. Please try to use a different type-C US cable to charge your JBL Flip 5. You can also use a different adapter and check the LED if it's charging. You can also try leaving the unit plugged in overnight. Absolutely amazing

I was so excited to get this, I didn’t have high expectations! But it turned out absolutely amazing! Dad could stop staring! Such a great gift, great speaker! We all love it! Even our two girls on the speaker, they think it’s pretty cool!
