Ordered this kind of late in the game, but it arrive well in time. I didn't open it and waited patiently for the person it was for to open it. So we were both surprised! Totally came out exactly as I customized it. I'm so completely happy with this purchase! I ordered one for my mom was well... It was also amazing.... If it lets me leave another review, I will :) Thank you JBL!

Buttons unresponsive

After about 2 months from purchase, my Flip 5 inexpicably stopped working. I've changed power sources and charger cables, and also tried running on battery power, but the on/off button does not turn on the speaker. It's never been used outside of the house and has not been abused. Ideas?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this as a personalized gift for Mother’s Day. I decided to open it up and check it out. Charged it overnight and used it the following day, the unit kept cutting in and out, no matter what app I used for music. Decided to switch phones and it continued to do the same thing. After reading my receipt, it read no refunds. Sound was loud with no depth in bass.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear that your JBL Flip 5's audio is cutting in and out. Please try to isolate the issue by moving away from other wireless devices with strong signals like a Wi-Fi router. You could also turn them off for a moment and observe if the audio dropouts will go away.
