Just replaced a Charge 2+ with this Flip 5. Question: why was there no charger included with the Flip 5 and will my old charger with different USB plug work with new speaker?

Problem with the sound

I just bought the flip 5. It sounds good but sometimes the sounds skip. I don't know why it does this, I checked my WIFI to make sure the connection was strong. I don't know what the problem is. It sucks because it ruins the vibe you create when you listen to music.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Small but powerful

The JBL Flip 5 was smaller than the JBL we had, yet put out a powerful sound. Unbelievable!. Definitely a 5 star rating with sound. Easy set up.

Hello i have the JBL flip 5 and i entered the service mode or demo mode i don't know what they call it by pressing the (play/pause and bluetooth) button together. And now Im stuck in it. it only turns on while i plug it to the charger and i cant connect it to my phone.
Please help

We can try to restore your speaker back to its factory settings, here's how. While the unit is ON, press Volume + and Phone (Play) button at the same time for 2-3 seconds until the unit turns off. Great sound. Great picture.

I bought this because I could personalize it with my own picture and text. The picture looked great and I added my name to it. The text had a few fonts to choose from and a couple of colors. I wish there was a couple more color choices for both the speaker and text but it still managed to look good. I thought the speaker was a little bigger than it was but it still sound great.

Big Wow in a Small Package

Stunning. I officiate funerals and memorials. Had it with me in the car when I officiated the day after I opened the package up. Lo and behold, the sound system at the chapel failed. I paired the Flip 5 with my phone, downloaded the song that was key to the family's wishes for the service and -- well -- the funeral director said it sounded better than their house system when it works! Saved the day!
