[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased LG Gram laptop (Model 16Z90P-K.AAB8U1) for my son's college present but there was wi-fi connection problem. The troubleshooter says that it's a problem with the router/modem, but my son's friends are no problem connecting wi-fi. I love all LG products, so this Gram problem is a bit disappointing.
Pros: Features/Settings, Quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is the greatest Windows laptop I have ever owned. I love the relatively compact size and incredibly light weight, the 16" screen, the numeric keypad, USB-C/Thunderbolt ports, the fast processor. This has every feature I wanted in a laptop. My previous laptop was a 14" LG gram that I had for a few years. I really like that, so I decided to get this 16" model and I gave the 14" Gram to my sister, who was very happy to get it. I think the LG Gram series is very good quality and value and worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received the 16" gram laptop and I have to say it's pretty dope. I've used many laptops over the years, the latest one was ASUS Zenbook 14", when I first got the Zenbook which was some time in December of 2020, I thought it's the best laptop period, I was wrong, not only I had issues with Bluetooth and WiFi it also had crappy track pad and was difficult to work with Office products. GRAM is so much better and faster IMO, the only negative thing I can think of is screen not being anti glare and the feel of the laptop is somewhat weird, even ASUS has an aluminum case which feels really good, ASUS did nailed the design. Oh another thing since this laptop has an unusual screen resolution some icons might seem too small, it takes time to get used to. Overall it's a great product !!! I hope it last unlike the competitors.
