Great humidor and good craftsmanship. Only about a month with it and expect it to live up to it's capabilities. Love that the front is flush and not a large handle to get in the way. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cigar humidor.

This was by far the most helpful customer service experience I've had in a VERY long time. As an officer in the military whose job is customer service I can appreciate the challenges often associated with helping customers when they have less than enjoyable experiences.... The associate was beyond helpful with not only answering questions but getting to yes to solve the issues. I love the products but it's the service that will continue to bring me back!

This unit is not for real cigar storage!

I was under the impression that the unit would store at a temperature up to 74 degrees. Cigars should be stored at 70 degrees and 70 percent. The unit set at 74 does not get above 68. Customer service said that there is a 5 degree margin in temperature. This unit will not warm up to 70 degrees. Cigars should be stored at the same precise temperature and humidity and this unit will not remain constant. Buyer beware!!! Do not recommend!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
