Pros Great cooling unit, looks great, holds humidity well once properly seasoned. Cons This does NOT heat, room was 68F, set it to 75F to test, didnt go up at all. Will take several weeks to season.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We finally received our humidor and could not wait to open this bad boy. First impression: we were impressed with the overall look of the unit, especially the brushed nickel finish on the door. The magnet weather stripping on the door is reassuring that our cigars will maintain the proper humidity. Lastly the space and room inside is awesome. Pretty sure to fit our cigars comfortably inside as well as a few bags of loose pipe tobacco!...Love it!...Oh wait did we mention there are keys to lock the unit!

not as great as described and expected

Item took months to arrive. Temperature control is OFF! The digital Hygrometer is worthless. The light doesn't provide any light. Seal is good and thats it. Customer service said temperature will be 5degrees off. The entire idea with this wineador is to have precise temperature, I have to set the unit to 74F to reach 70F inside the unit. The photos feature a newair logo on the shelf, which doesn't come with the unit they send. The light has no purpose as it is blocked by the top shelf. I have about +100 sticks in there and require 8-9 boveda packs (72RH) to maintain an RH of 69....yes i have seasoned properly, yes my sticks were acclimated in another humidor prior, yes the shelves were also seasoned, so there isn't much of a reason the RH shouldn't be holding....

Second unit I've had that has stopped working

NewAir replaced the first one, which stopped working almost immediately. Now, just under 2 years of ownership, the fan is going out and it's no longer under warranty. Do not recommend

Great unit for cooler climates

Well built unit that keeps consistent humidity levels. I purchased this unit to be kept in a finished basement that's usually cooler than the rest of the house. Newair has excellent customer service! They are available to answer any questions immediately and professionally.

Not as happy as i thought

the Temp does not hold at 70 it bounces back from 67-71 and can not get the RH over 65 even with 3 Bovida packs and Yes i did season it properly
