Great Humidor, had an issue with unit heating after a few months but customer service was great and took care of the problem right away for me. Very Happy with unit.

I am still in the seasoning process. When it arrived two of the trays were broken, but customer service was very helpful and quick to send out new ones. The overall manufacturing of the humidor is top notch.

This was great right out the box perfect tabletop size then used the direction booklet and water tray that came inside to season the unit . Due to the difference in weather where I live the heat and cooling feature is perfect for me
