Bought one year ago. Problems with baking baked goods not baking. Repair man was not helpful. Claimed he could do nothing because I removed racks and he did not see the 3 cakes I threw out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unable to see front info on panel as it is not back lite! Also the knobs are WAY TO EASY TO TURN ON ACCIDENTALLY! This happened to me and a plastic spoon melted on the top right burner! ( I have to reach over the stove to get to my microwave and my shirt caught on the knob, it turned on and damaged the burner. Now, my 3 week new stove will probably need a new top! This also happened to my daughter when she visited.

The only reason this doesn’t have a 1 star review is the customer service made the situation right. We bought our unit about 18 months ago and the front display started to fade. The digits are starting to disappear so you couldn’t make out the times or temperature. Eventually that became a display that did not work at all. All you could do was turn it on and not select temps.
I’ve had various stoves throughout my life and this is a first for the unit to be unusable in less than two years.
That is unacceptable for something I barely even use. Let’s just hope the LG fridge doesn’t break!

We purchased this range based on Consumer Reports reviews and we’re very pleased. We especially like the air fry feature. We need to stay ahead of keeping the cooktop clean or it can become difficult. We’re also thankful for the child lockout feature, having grandchildren in the house and it prevents us from bumping a knob and accidentally turning a burner on. It’s a sleek design and we’re very happy.

We bought this in 2021... The burners aren't consistent, the air fryer is meh (planning to just buy a countertop), and now the clock is on the fritz. The worst part is that it's extremely easy to lean against the front and accidentally turn on a burner... Not a good design. If we had to do it over, I'd be looking at something else....
