We are really happy with new LG range. It has many nice features, so favorites are the knock on door twice and light comes on to see food cooking. The multi level power on burners and hold warm burner. The air fryer is awesome, plus convection bake is quick and saves by cooking at a lower temp. The Wi-Fi feature is also very cool, scan a foods barcode and it sets time and temp automatically! Also a very well built nice looking range.

Someone at the factory forgot to plug in 2 wiring

Wiring harnesses were not plugged in properly so entire top of stove,(burners) did not work. I would normally not complain but because 3 appliances of the 4 had issues I will.

Pretty nice range. The cooktop is hard to keep clean, but all glass/electric cooktops are like that. The gasket around the edge of the cooktop has small tears in it after minimal cleanings and the stainless-steel on the front edge has small scratches in it. I suppose that's my fault, but I don't know how I did that. I've never cleaned it with anything abrasive.

Poor knobs, unable to use all features

Good product but knobs are failing after owning for a year. All knobs lost ink after cleaning with all purpose cleaner. Unable to use all features without knowing what each turn is intended for. One knob stripped off as well. Oven heat is great but the poor knobs makes it difficult to use.
