Very good product, but in store knowledge weak

But control panel is not backlit- I have to shine a light on it to see what I am doing. And personnel in store (Lowe's) did not know the differences between models. Research LG website before you buy.

Knobs are too easily turned

We have been using our new range since mid December and have found that the burners accidentally get turned on simply by working beside the range and brushing against the knobs. We have found that we have to keep the LOC on the range all the time. Also I am having difficulty finding the correct settings when using the stove top. It seems to not really have a simmer or low setting. Even when using the large burner, the low setting keeps the pots boiling too hard.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Control panel disappointment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In m opinion there is a design flaw in the control panel lighting. There is no back light to the panel making it almost impossible to see the lower engraved functions. The temperature and timer are lit up, but not the functions. This is very inconvenient for proper usage, you have to turn on every light available to see them and or get down on one knee to see them.

It has design issues

If I could, I would pick a different stove. Loathe the black control panel above the oven door. I did not know that it did not light up for ease of reading like some stoves. The model in the showroom wasn’t plugged in. Try reading that poorly designed panel from a standing position or without overhead lights on. Also dislike how easy the burner knobs turn—hit one with a hip and it’s turned itself on. Burners seem weak—heat no faster than my 20 yr old burners did on the previous stove. Not enthusiastic about this stove.

Great features ??

Nice electric range. It looks great new but stainless-steel scratches very easy. Number display does not work properly and is very annoying don't know what the correct time is or temperature is for sure. I should have purchased the extended warranty but truly never expected these malfunctions so soon after purchase.

Okay but frustrating

Also when I turn the knob to Bake, I cannot set the temperature at all until I turn it past Bake & back to Bake. Very frustrating!

Stovetop Burners Fire Hazard

Fire hazard! Even after repair, the stove is again turning on multiple stove top burners when turning on another burner. The issue was solved temporarily after a repair, but is now doing it again. Very dangerous fire hazard!
