Electronics malfunction

Quiet and feature-rich

We hated the Bosch because it was loud, and we feared getting another convection oven because of it. Upon delivery, they turned on the oven and it was as quiet as our (really quiet) dishwasher. We were delighted! And it looks great! Overall, we’re extremely satisfied. Waiting for our LG frig to arrive on Friday!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We usually go for gas ranges but decided to give this one a try and are pleased that it’s as useful and reliable as it is beautiful. We use our range/oven daily for things like boiling water every morning for French press coffee and for making pastas, rice, and couscous, for sautéing and simmering dinners, making sheet pan meals and roasts, reverse-searing steaks, baking cookies and cakes, French fries chicken nuggets, and more. Straight away, it’s striking how sleek and beautiful the cooktop and cooktop controls are. It’s an instant upgrade to our kitchen, for sure. The construction is well done and the materials in the knobs and glass cooktop are luxurious. Boiling water using the Rapid Boil feature is dramatically fast – less than 5 minutes to bring 4 cups of water to a rapid boil. The cooktop is easy to use and great for precisely sautéing meals (it also cleans up really easily). We’ve also been pleasantly surprised at how nice and even baking is in this oven - cookies come out baked at the same rate regardless of their location on the pan or in the oven. The air fry function with the included fry pan is absolute gold for us – just follow the air frying guide in the owner’s manual for temperature, time, etc. Features that are nice to have include the Instaview – double knocking on the oven door – to turn the oven light on. Pretty fancy! The wifi is pretty cool too and we like that we can set a timer on the stove and get alerts on our smart phones when the timer is done. We’re really happy with the range and find it to be a really beautiful and useful appliance.

Concerning knobs and control panel faulty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to give this oven 5*, but we only used it for 2 days before the control panel stopped working. We are on day 16 without an oven, and have no idea when the new panel will come in. The main issue I have with this stove is how easily the knobs can be turned with only brushing up against them - it’s definitely surprising, not a stove I’d want to have with children around.

I did not know that this stove has features that I can not live without.
My old stove was still working. We were just updating the appliances.
After a few weeks with the stove, I can not imagine going without the features that this stove has.
The stove top has a clean look. Cooks much more evenly than previous electric coils. Cooks much faster.
The oven is incredible. Again even cooking. LOVE the Air Fryer that I didn't think I needed. I have a stand alone Air Fryer that I love. Didn't think I would ever give up. But with the Air Fryer built in, there is no need for seperate and wasted space. And the cooking space compared to stand alone...WOW!
I am still finding out all of the new features.
Such an incredible purchase and so many bonus' just for upgrading.

The control panel has no back light so it is very difficult to see any of the buttons for temp, timer, internal lighting and the start button. For the price we paid for this appliance it should have a lot co tell panel so these choices are visible
