Disappointing

Purchached in fall of 2022. Nice style but safety concerns with the knobs. You can inadvertently turn on burners by bumping against them. Or you can ruin a meal. I had a knob set at simmer low. I burnt a pot of soup because the knob ended up on 3. I must have bumped against it and moved it. I can see the company discontinuing this model due to this problem. I wiil never buy a stove like this again as a result. Knobs are unsafe and can be a fire hazard.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this oven as part of a kitchen remodel. We love the variety of cook top spaces and use the “air-fry” feature. My only issue is with the markings on the knobs. Unless you have light directly overhead, you can not read the writing on the knobs. Even with the fan light on above the range, you cannot make out the markings on the knobs! Very frustrating. Also, if you reach above the range, you can accidentally brush the front knob and turn on a burner! Safety concern!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this model because a window in the kitchen of our new home wouldn't let us use a range with controls at the back.
The first reason we are disappointed is how easy it is to bump the front controls and turn something on accidently. I recognize the range can lock out the controls, but it is awkward at best.
The biggest disappointment is that the oven temperature is very inconsistent with the temperature selected. At 350 degrees, the actual temperature was about 360. At 375 degrees, the actual temperature was about 410 degrees. Finally, at 400 degrees, the temperature was about 430. We had LG work on the range and as a result, they replaced the thermometer probe and the main board. The new components didn't resolve the problem and the repairman used the temperature adjustment feature to set the temperature 30 degrees below the selected temperature. The repairman's explanation was the oven was designed to work in convection mode and that using the regular bake mode caused the erratic temperature issue. The convection oven isn't the right solution in the case of bread, cakes, and several other items. The solution to the erratic temperatures is that my wife has a chart of the selected temperature and the actual temperature to keep from over or undercooking items which is another poor solution to what should work in regular or convection mode.
