I'de give it a 5 star but its set up great for plates but cant find a good location for cereal bowls or bowls for any type. Love how quite it is too.

Dishwasher does the job

I'm only giving this 3 stars because I think the racks are so much smaller, and I notice that I can't put as much in the dishwasher that I used too. Other then the settings are easy to understand and well, it cleans and sanitizes the dishes.

Silverware baskets are poorly placed reducing the lower level storage utility. Machine does not clean all that well

Purchased machine, delivered on time. Inspected the face of the dishwasher only. Should have removed box completely as i later found that the left side support rail was bent inwards. no other noticeable damage so i installed the dishwasher per instructions. As i was inspecting interior i found two screws in the base near the heater coil. i removed them and completed wet test. Wet test went well so put in alight load and ran machine. Disappointed when i found soap not dispensed and insides of glasses and bowls still dirty. After some trail and error realized washer arms were not spinning. The two screws were supposed to secure the bottom arm and seal the water pressure the rotates it. Installed the two screws i had found although it requires four. Could not find the other two. Ran another load and better results although the third arm above the top tray had not rotated. The load of dishes was clean. The machine was very quiet. The load ran on normal and including dry time was just over two hours. The install directions were clear and complete.
I would recommend this to a friend!
