Used it about 4 times and no problems. Heated drying adds too much time. We select auto sense and let it do its thing

Good machine for the mney

I bought this about 11/2 months ago. So far so good. Couple of times the soup bowels didn't get clean and the next time they did. Go figure. Right now the motor is very loud, so going to call. I would recommend this to everyone. My problems were small and fixable.
