My only complaint is that the cycle is too long - it should not take 2 hrs to run the dishwasher.

We would like to replace the silverware trays.

We have had this dishwasher for about 1 month. We do not like the silverware tray as it never get dry. We also do not like the placement of the silverware trays. We have tried every location for them and nothing is satisfactory.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really unhappy, have used 4 different kinds of soaps and no all the soap dispenses. Dishes do no dry, have had it serviced twice and service was awful, wrong parts etc

Very quiet and its clean uncluttered appearance is great. However, sometimes soap doesn't empty out of the dispenser regardless of whether packets or powder and it takes 2 cycles to clean it out. Most of the time I run on "Heavy" as a result.

I have ran about a dozen loads through this unit so far, and it is dripping wet every time it says its finished!!! the cycle takes a couple hours!! (my old one took one hour and was bone dry after 16 yrs of use!) every other wash the cascade soap is baked onto my utensils and elsewhere and its so hard to get it off!! WHY DOESNT IT DISPERSE INTO THE WATER?? Also, poorly designed interior baskets/shelves!! every time I try and put things in they roll right over, I have to strategically put things in several at a time to hold each other up! utensils get stuck in the holes of the baskets. the swirling sprayer arms above both levels make for the need to make sure you don't put anything too tall in or they can't spin. I MISS MY OLD DISHWASHER!!

We had this dishwasher installed this week 5/16/14. The first time we used it we selected Autosense and it ran or 2.5 hours until I stopped it. Dishes were very clean but thought the run time was long. We pre-clean out dishes before loading. What is the normal runtime for Autosense verses Normal or Light? Also very very quite. We could hardly hear it running. Thanks!!
