I just bought this dishwasher for our new home. I was impressed with the features, particularly at the price I was able to purchase it. I even installed it by myself: not the easiest thing to do, but the machine went in beautifully. Now we will watch the performance over time.

Silent Running!

You'll laugh, but it's true... as my family sat down for pumpkin pie, I said, "Please be quiet, I want you to hear my new dishwasher!" The kids busted up laughing at me, but they were amazed at just how quiet this new GE unit runs. We can watch tv from the next room without turning up the volume.

Not as quiet as Ihad hoped, but the auto and steam settings are great features. I really like the silverware baskets with the lid feature.

WE BOUGHT THIS MODEL AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR OUR DAUGHTER AND ON-IN-LAW. INSTALLATION WAS PART OF THE GIFT. WE HAD THE UNIT OUT OF THE BOX AND TESTED (NO PROBLEMS!) IN JUST OVER 2 HOURS! THE KIDS ARE VERY HAPPY! THANK YOU FOR GREAT FEATURES AND A GOOD VALUE FOR THE PRICE!

bought this for my mom and she loves it, it runs quiet and the sani-wash helps her get her dishes clean like she wants them. it does not completely dry them only if you let them sit awhile before removing them.
