Dissatisfied with new diswasher

This dishwasher was installed by our builder in our new home. We left a dishwasher that was 15 years old and it cleaned and dried the dishes better than this new appliance. We were so excited to have all new appliances only to realize you almost have to was the dishes before you load them or they will not be clean after the extraordinary long running time and then and they you have to dry them before putting them away because they are still wet. I do not recommend this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The silverware basket is hard to load and unload due to slots. Otherwise, the dishwasher cleans good.

Quiet!

Although I am happy with the way this dishwasher is washing the dishes, initially I had some misgivings due to the fact it leaked from the minute it was installed.I am not talking about a small drip....it left a large puddle on my kitchen floor. After adjusting the the screws on top we were able to get the leak to stop thank goodness. Loading the dishwasher is a snap!

Good at cleaning, not so much at drying

It washes fine, not too worried about the time it takes, but the drying doesn't work too well. Haven't found a setting that makes it work better.
