Not Happy.

I use a scruber on all my dishes and get 98% of food off of my dishes before I put them in and almost every load my dishes seem dirtier when they come out then when I put them in. I also do heated dries and I don't think they come out as dry as they should be. My old dishwasher from the 90's works better than this brand new pretty one. :[

Dishwasher has an extra long wash/rinse cycle even on the "Light" cycle. Thus uses a lot of water and electricity; just be forewarned if you buy this dishwasher.

GE Disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always valued GE brand appliances. However, the GE Profile Diswasher is one of my biggest disappointments! I have to practically wash the dishes by hand BEFORE putting them in the dishwasher, or else they will remain dirty! The glasses come out cloudy and sometimes has a soapy taste afterwards (I do use Cascade Rinse Aid).
The water does not dry completely, even though I use the Heated Dry feature; even two days later, there is still water inside the dishwasher.

Disappointed

We had a new condo built and we really didn't have many choices to pick from. I have had problems from the start with this dishwasher.... with the soap dispenser not rinsing to wet/very wet dishes at the end of the cycle. I see that many but not all that wrote a review mentioned the dishes still being wet at the end of the cycle so does that mean that some of the dishwashers are defective. Then I have one of those. Probably have a GE Serviceman come out. :~(

This product is garbage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] SO have had this unit for less than 2 months. Have had the appliance people out 3x to repair it. First it won't dry, then won't dissolve the soap/powder. Now the thing won't stop running. Normal cycle has been running for about 6 hours now, and the express/light cycle runs about 2 hours. You would think that after running for hours on end, the soap would have dissolved, nope!
Don't waste your money on this CHEAP inferior bottom tier piece of garbage.

Very Basic Dishwasher

This appliance was installed by the builder.  We wish it at the least had a delay wash.  It seems spacious, although does not completely dry the dishes.  The stainless finish looks nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

the worst dishwasher we have had in 40+ years

This dishwasher is bad on so many levels, it's hard to believe. Examples: upper rack is poorly designed, all rows same size, does not handle cups and glasses well at all; it runs over 2 hours on normal setting (how energy efficient can that be?); on heat dry and high water temp, dishes do not dry, tub is soaking wet. everything has to be towel dried, and we put towel in door to keep open so tub will dry; heat dispels through top of washer and counter top gets very warm. It will melt butter or cheese, for example, if left on counter when washer is running. We have owned this for just over 3 months and will probably replace it, it's that bad.
