I love the additional siverware holder in the back which I can put knifes and forks in so my grandson won't get hurt.

Installment of this product was supper simple. Once the couple test washes were complete, we loaded our first load and wala! It is super quite and have been pleased!! YAY

We got the cheapest model and it seems like it cleans the dishes just fine but runs a long time even on light mode and the heat dry does not work that good, dishes still wet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
