[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishes always come out wet. (yes, heated dry is on). Would not recommend. Did not choose this product, came with new house. Always had good experiences with GE appliances, not this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It does not clean dishes

the only good feature was the exterior looks. Otherwise, it did not clean or dry the dishes and it has a high pitch noise during the entire washing cycle. Also, the bottom rack configuration was too wide to hold dishes so not many things fit except large items.

Prefer a more efficient GE product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rack design impedes maximum dish positioning & volume. Heat cycle doesn't fully dry dishes/silverware. However, dishwasher is impressively quiet during operation.

average dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher does and average job of cleaning the disches. The racks for the cutlerly are a little awkward for just spoons and forks but excellent for knives. Biggest complaint is that after the drying cycle is finished the dishwasher is still wet on the inside which is something I didn't experience with another older dishwasher I used at my former house I understand they make them all that way now to save energy.

Kind of cheap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I would have upgraded to the next best model. It's cheaply constructed and small inside. I don't like how the silverware is at the back of the rack. Biggest drawback is that you can't just run a dry cycle if you need more drying time, you have to choose a cycle??

Nice looking but cheap on the inside

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The regular cycle for this dishwasher is over 2 hours!!! It never gets the plastic ware even close to dry so plan on spending extra time drying as you unload. The cheap grey plastic inside if this machine was also a disappointment. Mine came without a kick plate. I do like the outside appearance.

Some large flaws
on May 2, 2013
Posted by: Otterpop10
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product looks nice, however over the past three months we have encountered several issues with our dishwasher. (1) The soap dispenser has difficulty emptying. This causes soap to become crusted on our silverware. (2) Sometimes, a powdery film is left on the dishes. We have found mixing the soap with a citric acid-based additive helps alleviate this issue. It still occurs occasionally with the additive. (3) The dish racks have already started rusting. This is very upsetting since the dishwasher is only a few months old! I wish we were happier with this product, but based on these issues, I would not recommend this dishwasher.
