[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishes are still very wet. Yes, I enhanced the cleaning. It runs for over three hours. The silverware carrier is small. I didn't choose it. My builder did. I paid extra for the stainless steel package and am sorry I did.

Doesn't clean well and doesn't dry the dishes. I was told later by a salesman that this unit uses the same water to clean and rinse. That's unacceptable!!
I choose these product becasue it was American made

THIS PRODUCT IS AWFUL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher has problems with the design, especially the detergent holder in relationship to the flatware holders. Since the flatware holders are at the very front of the lower rack, the detergent holder flap on the inside of the door will not release if there are flatware placed in the center flatware holder directly in front of the box. And, even if there in nothing in the flatware holders directly in front of the flatware holder, the detergent door does not release.

I will not buy a GE dishwasher ever again. I have been a loyal GE customer for 30 plus years (as I lived in Louisville over 30 plus years) but I won't buy a product that does not function efficiently or cleans and dries my dishes

Marginal cleaning, doesn't dry very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Third GE dishwasher. First one overheated and melted. Second one worked great but didn't last. This one doesn't clean like the first two, is difficult to load, and does not properly dry the dishes even if I run hot water in the sink first, use heavy load, and all heat options.

I would not recommend this product as by all accounts it has a "drying" problem that needs fixing. When this was scheduled and completed I was left with a dishwasher that caused a flood due to a leak coming from the door.

Do not buy this dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This GE dishwasher was installed as part of my new home construction and appliance package. Since it was a GE product, I expected it to be a great dishwasher. However, I am very disappointed. The first one they installed broke the first week I moved in, so the builder replaced it. The second one does not dry the dishes as described in the manual. Instead it leaves large puddles on all the dishes. It's annoying to have to hand dry the dishes so they don't get spots. I might as well just hand wash them as well. As soon as I get enough money, I'm buying a new dishwasher.

I have to open d/w door after cycle is complete to get dishes to dry. Otherwise, they are dripping wet the next morning when I want to unload d/w.
