[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised by how well it worked. It got some very dirty, nasty dishes clean. Even when they had food still on them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After only 2 months of owning it noticed the drying feature wasn't working. Called and found out a replacement part was needed. Worker came and replaced part. Still doesn't dry very well. Also, the compartment holding the detergent doesn't always open (it happens rarely, thankfully) and you cannot use the pods (they don't dissolve). I do like the depth of the washer tub, you can fit in oversize plates and wine glasses fit on top rack. Overall, it's okay.

Have had 3 service calls since installation on Feb 27, 2013, and 1 more coming up on Apr 30, 2013. Have used machine 5 times total. Doesn't dry properly. Would not buy this again.

Washes the dishes but the dishes are always wet after the wash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher was not very expensive and if it really dried the dishes after washing, I would consider it a great value. But, on any dry setting, the dishes are wet (water on all surfaces but the dishes are hot).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are completely satisfied with the performance of this dishwasher. We Typically only use the basic wash features and the most important feature has been how quiet it is while in use. The other useful feature has been the control lock feature which we use because of several small children in our home :) This unit also has great space inside and the upper shelf is very deep to hold bottles and wine glasses alike!
I would recommend this to a friend!

If I had a second chance, I would of purchased another model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It washes great but does not dry well even with a good rinse aid. I have to post-dry most of my dishes. I wish the information included how the washer operated in respect to the cycles cutting on and off. I thought something was wrong with the washer at first. For instance during the rinse and drain cycle, it will run then cut off for a moment, then run and cut off 'till the cycle is done. The front is thin, not engineered well and can't stand minimum pressure. It can be pushed in with our toddler just standing up against it. It is VERY quiet, very efficient to run and looks great. I love GE and would have upgraded if I had a better idea before purchasing this model.
