[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] plastic lid for silverwear holder in door is cheaply made and broke after only several uses. Even short cycle takes over an hour and a half to complete.
On the plus side the machine is very quiet and very energy efficient. Cleans effectively.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher works well. The dishes are pretty much always clean. I have to scrub dishes if they are going to be in the dishwasher for a couple days (since we don't run it every day.) Better than other dishwashers I've used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher does a reasonably good job of cleaning the dishes, but a very poor job of drying them. Everything is pretty wet at the end of the cycle. Also, it takes a very long time, between 2 1/2 and 2 3/4 hours, depending on which cycle you use. However, one good feature is that the machine is very quiet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

dishes are staying wet and dirty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this dishwasher as I love the design but now that I've used it a couple times my dishes are not getting cleaned and regardless of the heated dry cycle being on or off they are always wet when I go to unload them.
I am good about removing food from the dishes before loading them into the washer but even if there is only a small amount of residue on them they come out with that still stuck to the plates when the wash cycle is over.
I'm extremely disapointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
