works well in general but rusting out

The washing cycle seems to do a pretty good job at cleaning dishes although to dry at all you need the extra dry and high heat both on. But we were very disappointed that after about 2 years bubbles of rust we under the epoxy coating on the trays and after 5 years it is completely worn through in many places and leaving rust stains on dishes. One of the prongs is completely rusted through and leaves a big rusty spike. It is was quite scary so I bent it over just to avoid stabbing myself and needing a tetnis booster.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is okay. It broke after 5 years, the rack prongs bent easily and didn’t dry well. Was very loud.

We have all appliances with GE from the builder. One after another start falling apart after 2 years!

It gets my dishes really clean and it doesn’t appear to be too loud. The cycles are short so you don’t have to wait a long time for dishes to be clean.

The positives of this dishwasher is that it runs quietly and it did a good job with cleaning and drying dishes. However, I have only had the dishwasher for 2 1/2 years and it has broken down three times. It was difficult to get the parts for service in a timely matter. In addition, the wrong parts were sent and I had to wait a month. One of the parts is still on backorder. I haven't had a running dishwasher now for seven months. Thus, I will be buying another dishwasher and a different brand.
