It is much louder than my other one i had for 10 years that just broke and the dry cycle really does not dry the items that well either.

Comes with no electrical wire, no water inlet adaptor and no user's manual.

The racks start to rust and fall apart within a few months of purchase. Many Many people have had the same problems.

First of all, let me apologize for giving it "one star". If I could have given it a "cow", who refused to jump over the moon and the stars, I would have done that. The control panel on the machine is so convoluted, it is ridiculous! "Wait three seconds, then open the door and shake your head three times near a tree". "If the light comes on, push the start button and wait for a man in a blue suit to appear then run into the closet and ask for forgiveness"...unbelievable! No way to just turn the buttons to the needed cycle and the machine starts. Oh...and lest I forget...it keeps filling with water - that I can't drain, and the water spills onto the floor. I just got the machine two days ago and it is a diaster. Don't buy this thing...run...run...run!!!!!!!

Broke down after only a month. Had it repaired under warranty. Takes long time to cycle and doesn’t clean anything. Uses a lot of energy and gives nothing in return.
