I don't believe the 4-star and 5-star reviews !

This dishwasher came with the condo. Poor performance and wind up re-washing dishes by hand. Stainless steel is a cheap thin veneer to make the unit look high class. Those 4-star and 5-star reviews I utterly cannot believe.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We had to change our 1979 GE dishwasher because parts to repair were no longer available. We now have a new dishwasher and are extremely satisfied.

nice setup, great use of space

I am THE dishwasher in our house! I like the way the bottom rack is setup, and c'mon, that is the most important, its where your big stuff goes! I really like how the silverware bins are setup, half of them are for "fat handles" which we have and they're annoying. Seems to do a great job, no problems yet, and it is quieter than our last one!

I got this dishwasher thru warranty; looks great and has a lot of power. A little noisy, but well worth the upgrade.

It is a great dishwasher. It cleans the dishes very well and it is efficient. It is also very easy to use. We use it everyday and so far after three years it still works great.

Broken pillars on upper and lower rack within 3 ye

This dishwasher came with our new construction home in November 2014. It's always been loud, does not do a good job of drying dishes and the pillars on the upper and lower rack have broken off, probably 15 total. The warranty on this model is 1 year.I will never again purchase a GE appliance. Their craftsmanship is beyond cheap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
