This DW came with the new house that I purchased. Average! You really have to Rinck off everything before putting it into the DW if you want it clean!

We have had the dishwasher for over three months and it has delivered everything we anticipated. The dishes are always clean and dry. No residual water on the dishes. Never a water spot.

I believe that the utensil basket is awkwardly placed and items in that basket can impede the door on the "soap" dispenser from opening.

Good machine. Quiet and functional. You need to load dishes per their recommendation to assure proper cleaning and drying. Overall a good buy if it holds up.

Soap on door after cycle is complete

We have had our dishwasher for a few weeks. When the cycle is complete and the dishwasher shows the dishes are clean you open the door and the soap has ran down the door but it's like water never touched the soap. What could be wrong?
