Worst dishwasher I have ever owned! Broke down after using twice. Was without for 4 months. Fixed, then broke down again. It is now "fixed" again but doesn't get dishes as clean as it should, even though I pre-rinse before loading and I was told not to use the "Cancel" feature because that is what causes it to short out. Really?!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this dishwasher. Spacious, you can wash just about anything! Great design. My only drawback is control lights stay on when you accidentally press Start DW before actually starting the wash cycle. This is the best DW because of the smart design for loading dishes there is room for pots & pans, large pieces fit nicely, optional silverware on the door feature for even more space. Better design than more expensive models, you just can't beat the price!

The unit works good for what it is, a contractor grade SS unit. There are few options and everything inside is very plastic feeling. I don't think it will last a long time but we shall see. It is quiet when it runs though.
