Awful - You're Better off Hand Washing

This dishwasher doesn't wash dishes. We always scrub our dishes before putting them in the dishwasher; yet, our dishes never come out clean. We've tried all kinds of different detergents, lemishine, etc. but nothing seems to work so it MUST be the dishwasher. It also doesn't dry our dishes at all. They always have waterspots and we wind up having to hand dry them. We've honestly resorted to washing our dishes by hand because it's easier than having to redo the messy job that the dishwasher does.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Multiple failures

Over the past few years. I had to change the module that holds the dishwasher fulid. Change the arm at the bottom that sprays the water. The Bottom tray has a lot of rust. The dishes dont clean well and my glass dishes just have a white layer. I have soft water in the house even then this dishwasher does a vad job.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quieter than we expected

It's much quieter than our previous machine, does a better job and we've had NONE of the issues others have described. Barring any future problems, it seems to work just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a wonderful GE dishwasher for many years. No problems with it ever. It was an Energy Star Profile. The new dishwasher is much more noisy. It takes forever to go through any cycle. Forget using the wash temperature boost, heated dry or heavy options. Remove the silverware basket from the door and the silverware MAY get clean. Remember, you get what you pay for.
