I hate this product!!

I apparently put to many utensils in holder and it leaked. It doesn't hold that many dishes. I would get rid of it if I could.I don't think it cleans the dishes that good.

I have tried every dishwasher detergent I could find. I rinse dishes enough that I might as well hand wash them. They are still dirty.

This dishwasher came with the new house as part of an upgraded appliance package. It is by far the worst dishwasher we have had since the days of the first one in 1966. Full washing of dishes is required prior to stacking in it. Detergent is often left all over the door, not having been dispensed, or flavors the dishes despite what is called a rinse cycle. Operation/lack of it is the same on any cycle tried.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

pump failed 4 weeks after warranty

Does a good job generally. Pump failed 4 weeks after the 1 year warranty expired. No problem to replace it myself but not impressed with durability. Not manufactured any more according to this site so recommendation or not means very little. If you find it for sale new get the extended warranty and possibly save some grief.
