Very Loud and does not dry

This dishwasher was an upgrade supposedly per builder. I have had a technician out 3 times. First for the door that was bent and would not shut and second the mother board was replaced since after the door being replaced it still didn't work. Now with all of that it STILL runs so loud and does not dry. My husband and I can be upstairs and hear it make a grinding noise. And it runs for 3 1/2 hours.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This dishwasher is not working properly. Doesn't open the soap door, dry or drain correctly. I'm hopeful it can be fixed.
