I purchased the dishwasher and was very disappointed. The dishwasher wouldn't clean my dishes, even after rinsing then before loading, and would leave food particles on the door and on top of the dishes. Instructions state that to run your water until it gets hot first before starting the dishwasher. Not very effective or efficient.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this when we moved in our new home. I find that it is quiet, cleans well. The only downside is the silverware trays. Find them difficult to individually put each piece in the slots.

GE appliances were in my new home when I purchased it. While dishwasher does the job, it takes almost 2 hrs. to complete the cycle. I appreciate the fact that it is not too noisy.
